The following terms and conditions govern the Team Title Alerts SMS notification program operated by Team Title, LLC.

Team Title Alerts (an internal SMS notification program).
Program Description
Team Title, LLC operates an internal SMS notification program that sends operational and security alert text messages to designated company staff. When a high-severity Microsoft 365 security alert is received in the company admin mailbox, or a new internal support ticket is submitted, an SMS is sent to authorized Team Title personnel so they can respond promptly. This program is for internal staff only; it is not a consumer or marketing service and the public cannot sign up.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Messages are driven by operational and security events, so the number of messages you receive will depend on how many such events occur.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Any message and data rates are charged by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility.
