Who we are?
Team Title is a collaborative team of legal professionals and closing specialists who strive to provide the very best in title and closing services available. We offer residential and commercial closing services and work across South Louisiana and South Mississippi. In each transaction, we believe in doing the right thing, the right way, every time. Our mission to give our clients prompt, personalized and professional service.
Where we have been?
Team Title was formed in January of 2004 as a subsidiary of a real estate focused law practice (Richards, Higdon, Huguet and Campani, APLC) founded by Thomas Richards and Mark Higdon. Shortly after Team Title opened, we began providing title review, curative work, escrow, and disbursement services to State and Federal government agencies. The largest project to date involved the disbursement of $4.9 billion dollars through the Louisiana Road Home project from 2007-2016, which included 130,000 successful closing transactions. Team Title continues to forge new paths as a company providing title services to government subsidiaries all over the country. We have successfully performed government services in Louisiana, Texas, North Carolina, New Jersey, Florida, California, and Puerto Rico. Our government program experience provided our team with a vast amount of closing circumstances, a high turn-around environment, and an obligation to achieve accuracy every single time. This depth of understanding carried our team into our current organization which offers traditional residential and commercial closing services.
Where we are going?
Team Title currently has three office locations in Louisiana (Metairie, Baton Rouge and Mandeville) and four office locations on the Mississippi Gulf Coast (Diamondhead, Biloxi, Brookhaven and Hattiesburg). We are positive that our level of service, commitment to professionalism, and heightened focus on accuracy and transparency make us the best possible choice for quality title services in our region. In coordination with our physical growth, we have taken a deep dive into our operations practices and technology systems, resulting in numerous upgrades to our internal systems. Additionally, we are rolling out a new office aesthetic to provide a comfortable, modern, accessible closing experience to each of our guests.
