  1. Purchase Agreement Amendments: Notify title company of any Amendments to Purchase Agreement.

  2. Power of Attorney: If you are signing as a Power of Attorney, bring the original signed Power of Attorney document.

  3. Entity Purchasing: If you are purchasing in the name of an entity or trust, please provide formation documents to the title company ahead of the closing and bring official formation documents with you to the closing.

  4. Termite Inspection Report: In Louisiana, bring the signed termite report, if applicable. (brought in by agent)

  5. Driver's License: All signers must bring their driver's license to the closing.

  6. Certified Funds Check: Bring a Certified Funds Check in the amount of proceeds on the Closing Disclosure.

  7. Wire Instructions: If sending a wire for the proceeds, confirm wire instructions with your Closing Specialist.

  3. Entity Selling: If you are selling in the name of an entity or trust, please provide formation documents to the title company ahead of the closing and bring official formation documents with you to the closing.

  4. Home Warranty: In Louisiana, if you are purchasing a Home Warranty for the buyer, you can bring warranty information to the closing. (brought in by agent)

  5. Termite Inspection Report: In Louisiana, bring the signed termite report, if applicable. (brought in by agent)

  6. Driver's License: All signers must bring their driver's license to the closing.

  7. Wire Instructions: If you are receiving your proceeds by wire transfer, please send in ahead of time or bring in with you a copy of your voided check for the account or your bank's wiring instructions.

  8. Utilities: Remember to coordinate with the buyer's agent the date the utility services will transfer to the new named owner.

  9. Keys: If you are in possession of your house keys, bring all keys to the closing.
